Ana White

July 28th, 2011

If housewives were carpenters, we’d be Ana White – she puts the “maker” in homemaker! Have you ever looked at a piece of furniture and thought, “I could make that!” and then flipped over the price tag and with wide eyes gasped, “I could make 10 of those!” (i.e., anything distressed, reclaimed, or seen in Restoration Hardware). Well, Ana White makes it possible to DIY with her simple plans which she so kindly shares with us for free.

The farmhouse table is just one of many projects that showcases Ana’s do-it-yourself design, versus the retail concept, in a favorable light.

Time and aside, building a dining room table will build family memories.
