Mad Hungry Feeding Men & Boys

I first met Lucinda at the gym. I was running on the treadmill and she was on the Hallmark channel. After watching a segment, I decided that I liked her and continued to watch her make a lasagna. Perhaps it was her Martha-like mannerisms that piqued my curiosity – was this woman an impostor or a protege? (fyi: Lucinda Scala Quinn is the Executive Director of Food and Entertaining at Martha Stewart Living). Regardless, by the end of the show, Lucinda had made a delicious looking dinner and she made it look easy. Her cookbook – Mad Hungry: Feeding Men & Boys, is filled with recipes that are easy to prepare and made without pretentious ingredients so that getting a homemade meal on the table is possible. Accompanied with a photo, each dish looks well put together without a big production in the kitchen. Although many of them look to pretty to eat, these meals will surely satisfy the men and boys in your family and you’ll be sure to enjoy them too!
