Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts
- 6 tablespoons Franks (hot sauce – if it’s not Franks, it’s not “Buffalo”)
- one 8 oz cream cheese in 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Rooties (blue cheese – if you substitute for ranch, not “Buffalo”)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook and shred chicken with a fork. Put chicken and hot sauce in skillet and heat. Add cream cheese, heat. Add 1/2 shredded cheese, stir. Add dressing. Put in crock pot (or baking dish). Add 1/2 shredded cheese on top. Serve warm.
